In order to deploy faster easy-installer it is easier to
use git and gitlab features for tagging and release a version.

Our snap pakge is probably not good, this fix is probably
a workaround.

Previously the CI default container was "ubuntu:lastest" but a new
configuration is deployed with "docker:19.03.12" which does not provide
bash.
