power: smb5: Add SW Thermal Regulation WA

Currently on PM6150, thermal mitigation entities like connector-temp,
smb-temp, die-temp and skin-temp are reporting erroneous values due
to ADC channel misconfiguration.

Implement a SW workaround to read the individaul ADC channels of the
above mentioned thermal mitigation entities and implement SW based
thermal regulation of charging with HW thermal regulation disabled.
