ARM: dts: msm: Disable u1u2 functionality with USB controller on SM8150

When u1u2 functionality is enabled with USB controller, USB enumeration in
super speed plus with some of host is not stable and falling back to super
speed mode. Hence disable u1u2 functionality until seen stability issue is
fixed.
