ARM: dts: msm: Update TSENS userspace thermal zone rules for SDMMAGPIE

Update TSENS userspace thermal zone rules based on latest hardware
recommendation for SDMMAGPIE.

Add high temperature trip just before reset threshold for all
TSENS for SDMMAGPIE. It helps to understand which sensor is ramping
up towards thermal reset threshold.
