defconfig: Disable SLUB_DEBUG SCHED_DEBUG and DEBUG_PREEMPT in perf build

Disabled Debug SLUB, SCHED and PREEMPT drivers in perf
build for MDM9607 target. Wlan Throughput is impacted
if these debug drivers are not disabled.
