ARM: dts: msm: Correct secondary USB controller core-id

commit b2dc259a ("ARM: dts: msm: Add secondary USB
configuration for sm8150") incorrectly initializes
secondary usb controller core-id to 0 (same as primary
controller). Correct core-id to 1 (indexed from Zero).
