msm: mink: Fixing couple of issues in invoke req

Support for local objects caused couple of issues:
1. Error codes from TZ apps were not returned to HLOS clients
2. When QSEEcom listener was invoked during smcinvoke call,
   marshal out operation was skipped.

Fixing both of these issues.
