ARM: dts: msm: Update clock name for HLOS1_VOTE_GPU_SMMU_CLK on sm6150

Clock name string for GPU_CC_HLOS1_VOTE_GPU_SMMU_CLK was specified as
"smmu_vote". Update this to ensure driver votes for "smmu_vote" clock.
