defconfig: Enable CONFIG_ARM_MODULE_PLTS for sa515m 



Enable CONFIG_HIGHMEM for sa515m, and then enable
CONFIG_ARM_MODULE_PLTS for sa515m so that kernel can allocate
memory from VMALLOC space for modules if module space is not
enough for all modules.
