defconfig: Enable Inline Crypto Engine(ICE) driver

Enable the config CONFIG_CRYPTO_DEV_QCOM_ICE to support
inline crypto engine driver to set the key, in ICE HW and
support Full Disk Encryption(FDE) on sdmsteppe and atoll
targets.

Test: Device bootup and setting keys into ICE for FDE.
