dts: sa8155-capture: Add cpus 1 to 7

Add all cpus to devicetree, currently capture kernel has only cpu0.
This is also a workaround for the booting issue with maxcpus=1 caused
due to commit 133b9731 ("arm64: Allow boot on cpus other than
logical cpu 0").
