ARM: dts: msm: Add UFS VCCQ2 voltage configuration support for SM6150

QRD6150 and IDP6150 use Samsung UFS part. The VCCQ2 voltage range is
from 1.7v to 1.95v. We need to config above voltage rang in DT to meet
SS spec.
