ARM: dts: msm: add pmic support for SDM660

Updated SPMI based pmic driver instead of qpnp drivers in the compatible
string to take care of the driver changes for vadc, temp-alarm, WLED
and gpio required for msm-4.14 kernel.
Updated the PM660l dtsi to use pwm-qti-lpg.c and leds-qti-tri-led.c
drivers and updated the PM660 dtsi to use qti-haptics.c driver.
