defconfig: sdm855: Enable QTI_TRI_LED and PWM_QTI_LPG support

Enable QTI_TRI_LED driver to support RGB LEDs and HR LEDs that
are present on PM855L and PM855B respectively, which can be used
on sdm855 platforms.

Since LEDs are sourced from LPG/PWM channels, enable PWM_QTI_LPG
driver as well.
