defconfig: sdm855: Enable LCDB and REVID support

LCDB supports the positive and negative bias supplies needed for
LCD panels that will be interfaced with sdm855 platforms that
uses pm855L. Since LCDB and other PMIC peripheral drivers needs
REVID peripheral driver to read PMIC subtype, enable the support
for it along with LCDB.
