ARM: dts: msm: Enable scatter gather memory option in coresight-tmc node

Scatter gather memory enable option of coresight-tmc driver is renamed to
arm,sg-enable. Replace the deprecated "qcom,sg-enable" with
"arm,sg-enable" in the device tree node.
