defconfig: msm: Enable debug configs for sm6150

Enable following debug configs for sm6150:
1) CONFIG_PRINT_VMEMLAYOUT - enable dmesg logs
for vmem  info.

2) CONFIG_DEBUG_MODULE_LOAD_INFO - enable dmesg logs
for module start and end address.

3) CONFIG_PREEMPTIRQ_EVENTS - enable tracing for irqsoff
for more than 1ms.
