drm/msm/sde: Update DSPP gamut feature support for SDM855

The scale offset table for Gamut feature in DSPP has been updated
on SDM855 with minor change and result in a minor feature version
update for DSPP Gamut feature. This change adds the support to
program gamut feature V4_1 in DSPP on SDM855.
