ARM: dts: qcom: Add sdhc1/sdhc2 for sm6150 mtp/cdp 



Add sdhc1(eMMC) and sdhc2(SD card) support for sm6150 mtp/cdp platforms.
Also adjust the clock frequencies supported for sdhc2.
