ARM: dts: msm: Enable LCDB selectively in sdm855 platforms

Currently, LCDB is enabled in pm855l.dtsi and it is included by
multiple platform/board specific files. There can be platforms
where LCDB might not be present or not need to be enabled.
Hence keep LCDB disabled in pm855l.dtsi and enable it only
where LCD panels are using it e.g. sdm855 MTP/CDP.
