usb: phy: Clean up phy-msm-ssusb driver of dead code

The phy-msm-ssusb driver used for QCS405 SS PHY
does not uses the CR protocol to configure the PHY.
Remove this unused code and add the proper registers
for configuring and initializing the SS PHY.
Also add the support for necessary clocks needed
for SS PHY on QCS405.
