ARM: dts: msm: Skip soft reset during modem error fatal on sdx50

In the event of SDX50 error-fatal, it gets reset by the SDI execution.
Therefore there is no need for the esoc driver to reset the modem
again. Moreover, resetting the modem again would disrupt the
communication channel to the modem.
