ARM: dts: msm: Disable IO-Coherent allocation for SDXPRAIRIE

IO-Coherency is not enabled for IPA-GSI block. While the
memory allocated for USB-GSI usecase by the USB driver
uses IO-Coherency. This is leading to SMMU faults
by the USB core.
Fix this by disabling the IO-Coherent allocation for
USB-GSI use case on SDXPRAIRIE.
