ARM: dts: msm: Enable UTMI bridge for HS PHY on QCS405

SNPS HS PHY can communicate over ULPI or UTMI bridge,
SNPS DWC3 controller uses UTMI whereas the default
is ULPI for HS PHY. So, enable UTMI by setting
the TCSR_CTRL register.
