ARM: dts: msm: Allow pm_suspend in host mode for SA6155 



Add device tree flag 'qcom,host-poweroff-in-pm-suspend' to USB
nodes on SA6155 platform to allow system suspend in host mode
irrespective of the runtimePM state.
