ARM: dts: msm: Handle mmc registers after kernel hibernation

After kernel hibernation, since there is no SDCC register retention
support, DLL registers lose their contents. In order to avoid this, we
are adding support to save and restore DLL registers followed by
the SDCC's DLL initialization sequence in order for the DLL to be
fully functional again.
