ARM: dts: msm: update modem sensors and mitigation devices for sdxprairie

Add all the modem sensors and modem QMI cooling devices to thermal
framework so that it can be monitored and mitigated for thermal
conditions in sdxprairie.

Both sm8150-sdxprairie and sdxprairie share common modem sensors and
cooling devices devicetree configuration.
