ARM: dts: msm: Add nodes for eeprom, actuator in triple cam for sdmmagpie

1.Add nodes for eeprom and actuator to support multicam
usecases as we cannot reuse the existing nodes.

2.Wide and tele use the same eeprom, so correct the eeprom
configuration.
