ARM: dts: msm: add NT36850 dsi panel and ext bridge lt9611 for HDK855

HDK855 uses LT9611 as the DSI to HDMI bridge chip. DSI
bridge device is working like a DSI video panel, so add
the device tree changes to support this bridge device.

add nt36850 dsi panel for HDK855.
