Revert "scsi: ufs: fix wrong command type of UTRD for UFSHCI v2.1"

This reverts commit 4aac26ec.

Revert Reason: we found after AU167 drop, CTS test would crash with
high kworker CPU usage in I/O path. After reverting this commit(in AU167)
, the symptom is gone.

Test: run cts test and didn't encounter kworker busy
