power: supply: smb1351: update smb1351 configuration

Add below support:
 1. POWER_SUPPLY_PROP_REAL_TYPE property to report charger
    types between charger and USB drivers.
 2. Fix the charger removal notification event.
 3. Battery charging enable/disable through device node
    property.
