drivers: thermal: bcl_pmic5: Add multi peripheral support

The existing bcl pmic5 driver can handle only one peripheral. Any second
peripheral defined in devicetree will overwrite the first peripherals
data.

Add support for handling upto two bcl peripherals. These will be used in
cases where there is one peripheral in PM version of PMIC and one in PMI
version of PMIC.
