ARM: dts: msm: Fix interrupt type configuration for PM8150B charger

In PM8150B, interrupt type/polarity registers in charger peripherals are
read-only and cannot be configured per design in SW. Instead, update
interrupts entries in DT to keep consistent with PMIC settings.
