power: smb5: Enable HVDCP and BC 1.2 SRC detection for uUSB config

Currently, HVDCP and BC 1.2 SRC detection is disabled by default due to
change in APSD flow to execute PD detction flow first. However, micro USB
configuration does not support PD capability.

Hence, enable HVDCP and BC 1.2 SRC detection and disable PD support for
micro USB configuration.
