ARM: dts: msm: Modify sleep settings on SPI-8 pins for SM8150

Modify the sleep state of SPI-8 to be the same
as the active state(except MISO) so the pins
are left in the QUP function select all the time.
Configure MISO line to bias pull down with QUP
function in sleep state.
This is recommended based on the slaves connected to
the controller.
