defconfig: qcs405: enable iommu debug tracking in perf config

Enable CONFIG_IOMMU_DEBUG and CONFIG_IOMMU_DEBUG_TRACKING into
64 bit perf-defconfig. This config is needed for the iommu
page-table parsing.
