defconfig: msm: Enable ADC5 PMIC driver for sdxprairie

ADC5 PMIC peripheral driver is used by clients to read on
board system thermistors connected to the PMIC ADC.
Also enable ADC_TM driver that supports threshold notification
for PM8150B.
