ARM: dts: msm: Add GPU_SMMU_CLKON for sm6150 gpu clk list

Add GPU_CC_HLOS1_VOTE_GPU_SMMU_CLK in GPU clk list to have
SW vote for MMU clock ON request. This will ensure GCC based
HW clock gating is disabled for graphics smmu.
