ARM: dts: msm: Handle SD card states after kernel hibernation

After kernel hibernation, since there is no SDCC register retention
support, some of SDCC registers lose their contents. In order to
avoid this, we are adding support to save and restore those
registers in order for the SDCC to be fully functional again after
resuming from hibernation.
