ARM: dts: msm: Add pmic die temperature zone config for SDMMAGPIE

Add thermal zone definition for PMIC die temperature sensor,
which includes mitigation config for battery charging and CPU
for PM6150 and PM6150L die temperature alarms respectively
for SDMMAGPIE.
