ARM: dts: msm: Add VIG 3D LUT Gamut and 1D LUT IGC for SDM855

This change adds offset and version for newly added 3D LUT Gamut
and 1D LUT IGC features in VIG pipes. It also updates the version
for DSPP gamut feature on SDM855.
