ARM: dts: msm: Add Bluetooth node for QCA6390 on TTP board

1. Add reset pin and power supply regulators from pmx24/55
   for vl, vm and vh.
2. As bt_qca6390 node is no longer defined in mtp's dtsi,
   it doesn't need to delete the node on CCARD board.
