ARM: dts: msm: Disable ATOS for apps and kgsl smmu for sm8150

The power collapsible TBUs could miss getting a reset signal,
which would lead to incorrect behavior. This effects the ATOS
functionality. Hence, disable it until a proper workaround is
set in place.
