ARM: dts: msm: rename PMICs pm855* to be pm8150*

Update file names and file contents to match the new official
PMIC names for the following PMICs:

- PM855  -> PM8150
- PM855B -> PM8150B
- PM855L -> PM8150L
- PM855P -> PM8150C
