ARM: dts: msm: Enable deep pre-fetch on apps smmu for sdmmagpie 



Enable +3 deep pre-fetch for all context banks of multimedia tbu's
and +15 deep pre-fetch for NPU clients of apps smmu for sdmmagpie.
