mtd: msm_qpic_nand: Add new BAM Pipe configuration changes

A new BAM pipe got added for Apps and Modem execution environments
(one for each) from QPIC version 2.0. The configuration of apps
pipe "System Producer Pipe for Staus" (pipe#3) is needed for these
QPIC controllers.
