ARM: dts: msm: Vote vdd regulator at 1.2V for QCS405

The regulator L4 is shared with display and the
USB High-speed PHY. The current voting of 1.144V fails
as the display needs the same regulator at 1.2V.
So, change the vote for regulator to 1.2V.
