input: touchscreen: synaptics_tcm: disable the LPGW

Do the following configuration for the new-gen synaptics touchscreen.
1. Disable the Low Power Gesture Wake.
2. Disable "Reset_ON_RESUME".
3. Enable the firmware upgrade when startup.
