qcom: spmi-wled: add match_id data to support multiple WLED versions

Currently, only WLED4 peripherals (e.g. pmi8998) are supported by
the driver. To prepare for supporting WLED5 peripherals that are
present on PM855L, add support to get the WLED version through
match_id data. By using WLED version, configuration can be made
dynamically.
