ARM: dts: msm: Add smmu support for sm8150 v2 hardware

Support smmu for sm8150-v2 hardware by swapping the TBU
entries for COMPUTE_DSP_1 and SF_0. The stream id range
and base addresses of these TBUs are swapped.
